取消政策

1. Customer must be 10 minutes earlier than the actual time booked. 2. If customer unable to reach the specify venue on time, customer must call us to acknowledge her position. 3. 15minutes prior the booking session, we will send a reminder to the customer. 4. If there is a NO-SHOW, the deposit will not be refundable for any reason, including traffic jam, or any other issues. 5. The service fee MUST BE SETTLED in FULL before reach the venue. Payment can be done through e-wallet or bank transfer. Without the FULL payment, the session will considered END. 6. BYA Academy has the right to change or amend the above terms and regulations without any announcement.
