取消政策

1. Customer must be 15 minutes earlier than the actual time booked. 2. If customer unable to reach the specify venue as made, customer must call us to acknowledge his/her position. 3. 15minutes prior the booking session, we will send a reminder to the customer. 4. If there is a NO-SHOW, the deposit will not be refundable for any reason, including traffic jam, or any other issues. 5. The balance of service fee MUST BE SETTLED before the session begin. Payment can be done through e-wallet or bank transfer on the spot. Without the balance payment, the session will be ended straight away. 6. Customer please be aware that a video recording might be arranged in order for us to keep a record on your health progress. 7. BYA Academy has the right to change or amend the above terms and regulations without any announcement.
