Terms and Conditions:

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchase the BEYO E-Gift Card. By placing the order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not purchase the BEYO E-Gift Card.

1. Single use only: This gift card is for one-time use only. Once redeemed, it cannot be used again.

2. Use multiple gift cards at the same time: A gift card can be used with another gift card at the same time. However, any remaining balance will not be given in change. When the amount is insufficient, the user must pay the difference.

3. Expiration date: Gift cards have no expiration date.

4. Non-transferable: In order to prevent the copying of gift cards and other security considerations, gift cards are non-transferable and their use is limited to the person to whom they are issued. Value may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred.

5. Applicable products: Gift cards can be used for BYA Academy designated and eligible products.

6. Usage Process: When using a gift card, the code must be entered at checkout. Gift card codes must be entered correctly during the online checkout process.

7. No cash value: Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given when the value of the gift card exceeds the purchase amount.

8. Not valid with other offers: Unless otherwise stated by BYA Academy, gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or offers.

9. Limited time offer: Gift cards are subject to availability and may be subject to temporary changes by BYA Academy.

10. Fraud and Abuse: Any fraudulent use or misuse of a Gift Card will result in the immediate invalidation of the Gift Card and possible appropriate legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability: BYA Academy disclaims all liability for any loss, damage or expense resulting from the use or non-use of gift cards under any circumstances.

12. Modifications and Termination: BYA Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Voucher Program at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing the BEYO Gift Card you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the above terms and conditions. The Issuing Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary and any changes will be effective upon posting of an updated version on the Company’s website or other platform where Gift Cards are offered.
