Emotion vs Essential Oil
Stress
* is a physiological and psychological reaction caused by external stressors. When we face challenges such as work, interpersonal, and health, the brain releases stress hormones (such as cortisol) and the body enters "fight or flight" mode.
Symptoms: nervousness, fatigue, headache, rapid heartbeat, and irritability.
Anxiety
* It is a persistent feeling of concern and fear of possible future threats. Even if there is no clear threat in reality, the brain remains alert.
Symptoms: panic, inability to relax, continuous worry, tight body, difficulty sleeping.
Depression
* is a long-term state of depression, which may be related to the long-term accumulation of stress and anxiety, or may occur independently.
Symptoms: helplessness, loss of interest, pessimism, self-blame, insomnia or lethargy, and exhaustion.
Their relationship:
Stress is the starting point → If not properly handled, it may turn into anxiety;
If anxiety persists for a long time, it may further develop into depression.
The three can coexist or appear alternately.
Tips for choosing essential oils:
* Smell: Which bottle makes you "extremely comfortable" or "inexplicably want to cry" is the fragrance that your body needs most support now.
Use the current state to select:
-
If you are dealing with real-life pressure, choose BEYO Stress-Free (pressure formula);
-
If you have been worried about the future and cannot relax, choose BEYO Worry-Free (anxiety formula);
-
If you continue to feel down and can't lift yourself up, choose BEYO Sunshine (melancholy formula). Sunshine
Three emotional essential oils can be used alternately:
-
Since the three emotions may appear interlaced, it is recommended
-
Different essential oils can be used alternately in the morning and evening or at different times.
-
Or three pieces will also reduce emotional fluctuations, thus achieving significant results
