Day 24 | Are Essential Oils Medicine?

One of the most common questions people ask is: “Are essential oils medicine?”
My answer is:
Essential oils are not medicines, but they can help support and improve many health concerns.
As a Clinical Aromatherapist, I use essential oils daily to support clients dealing with:
🌿 Stress and anxiety
🌿 Sleep challenges
🌿 Respiratory discomfort
🌿 Digestive concerns
🌿 Muscle and joint discomfort
🌿 Women's wellness issues
Through their natural aromatic plant compounds, essential oils help support the body's ability to restore balance and promote overall wellbeing.
Medicine and aromatherapy are not opposites—they can work hand in hand.
This is one of the reasons why more hospitals, care facilities, and integrative healthcare centers around the world are incorporating aromatherapy as a supportive therapy.
"Aromatherapy is much more than simply smelling pleasant scents. It is a professional discipline that combines plant science, anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and clinical application."
