Today’s Essential Oil: Composure
Have you ever had one of those days?
Too many things to handle.
Your mind feels scattered.
The pressure keeps building.
Someone says just one small thing, and suddenly you feel irritated — maybe even close to losing your temper.
This is when I think of Composure.
Not because smelling an essential oil will make the problem disappear.
But because sometimes, what we really need is simply this:
Before reacting, give ourselves a moment to pause.
❤️ What’s inside Composure?
Composure is an essential oil blend that combines several botanical aromas, including:
Vetiver
A deep, grounding aroma that creates a sense of steadiness.
Lavender
Soft and soothing, ideal for moments of relaxation.
Cedarwood
A warm, woody aroma that gives the blend a more grounded character.
Ylang Ylang
A sweet floral aroma that brings softness to tense moments.
Roman Chamomile
Gentle and delicate, suitable for moments when you need quiet and relaxation.
Together, these aromas make Composure especially suitable for busy, stressful moments when you need to pause and reset.
3 Moments to Use Composure
1/ Before an important conversation
When you feel angry, nervous, or close to an emotional outburst, don’t rush to reply.
Give yourself a moment. Inhale the aroma. Breathe slowly.
Pause first, then speak.
2/ When your mind feels overloaded
Too much work. Too much information. Your mind just won’t slow down.
Give yourself one minute:
Pause.
Breathe slowly.
Then decide what to do next.
3/ Before bringing work stress home
At the end of a long day, try not to carry all your frustration and pressure straight home to your family.
Give yourself a few minutes to transition:
Work → Home
Pressure → Presence
⚠️ Safety Reminder
